These terms cover this website (wrap-pay.com) and the Wrap Pay demo. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The demo

The demo shows how Wrap Pay works using made-up numbers. It isn't a real account, and nothing you enter in it is saved or sent to us, except answers you choose to send through the feedback form.

Not tax, legal or accounting advice

Wrap Pay helps you keep your books organized. The numbers it shows, like GST owing, mileage and salary or dividend comparisons, are estimates for general information. They aren't tax, legal or accounting advice. Tax rules change and every corp is different, so check anything important with your accountant before you act on it.

Pricing

Prices on this site are what we plan to charge when the app launches. They may change before launch. When the app is available, you'll see the price and the app's own terms before you pay for anything.

Launch emails and feedback

If you sign up for launch news or send feedback, you're giving us permission to use it as described in our Privacy page. You can ask us to delete it any time.

Our content

The Wrap Pay name, logo, text, designs and screenshots on this site belong to Wrap Pay. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking. You're welcome to share links to the site.

Using the site fairly

Please don't try to break, overload or misuse the site or the demo, or use them for anything unlawful.

Other websites

We link to outside sites like CRA, BC Registries and WorkSafeBC to be helpful. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for what's on them.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but it's provided as it is, without guarantees. To the extent the law allows, Wrap Pay isn't responsible for losses that come from using the site or the demo, or from relying on its estimates.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
