What you pay each month
A bookkeeper vs. Wrap Pay
Bookkeeper cost is what crew have told us they pay just to have receipts logged. Your accountant's year-end fee is separate either way.
Features
Everything your accountant asks for. None of the paperwork.

GST by quarter
Know what you owe before it's due.
Every receipt you scan and every invoice you log updates your GST for the quarter, so filing time is never a surprise.
Demo numbers
Set up for your department.
Pick what you do and every union you're in, and Wrap Pay shapes your categories around it. Worked in more than one province this year? It'll walk you through what that means.
Mileage
You remember days by the drive. So does Wrap Pay.
Every day shows a map of where you went: stage, location, rental house, home. Find the day by the route, not the date. Every kilometre is logged for tax time.
Tap a day to see its route.

Built on set, not in an office.
Wrap Pay was made by a Vancouver film worker who got fed up with how hard (and how expensive) it was to keep a small corp's books.
I was tired of jumping between apps.
One app for receipts. Another for mileage. Something else for paying myself. QuickBooks for everything in between. And a subscription for every one of them. After a 14-hour day, the last thing anyone wants is to log into four different places just to keep the books straight.
A small corp doesn't need QuickBooks-level detail.
QuickBooks is built for businesses with staff, inventory and a hundred settings. Most of us are a one-person corporation. We need our receipts sorted, our mileage logged, our GST tracked, a record of how we paid ourselves, and a clean package for year-end. All that extra detail just made the simple stuff harder.
And the bills kept stacking up.
Crew I work with pay a bookkeeper around $500 a month just to log receipts, and accountants charge big prices on top of that. But a small corp doesn't need much. Keep on top of it a few minutes a day, or sit down for an hour every couple of months. That shouldn't cost thousands a year.
So I built the app I wanted.
Everything in one place, made for the way crew actually work: long days, no time, and receipts you'll catch up on during your time off. Try it free for 7 days, then $30 a month.
Wrap Pay doesn't replace your accountant. It makes their job (and their bill) smaller. Need one? There's a find-an-accountant list right in the app.
